I am trained as a Clinical Social Worker, licensed in both Maryland and Pennsylvania. I believe strongly that a therapeutic relationship is rooted in trust. My goal is to create a safe environment so that we can work together to reach your goals. I incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, but primarily use Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. This allows my patients to learn how to live in the present, challenge negative thought patterns, and connect more deeply with themselves and others.
