📢 We're Hiring: Part-Time Contract Clinician
Location: Hanover, PA | In-Person/Virtual | Evening & Weekend Availability Preferred

Breathe Intentionally is growing! We're looking for licensed mental health clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD/PhD) to join our practice as a contractor. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about doing meaningful, client-centered work with the flexibility of part-time, independent practice.

🌿 Who We're Looking For

We are seeking warm, grounded, and driven clinicians who align with our values and therapeutic approach. Ideal candidates are:

• Independently licensed in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or licensed psychologist) - holding licenses in additional states is a bonus.
  • Would consider Master’s Level clinicians who are working towards clinical licensure in their respective field - clinical supervision can be provided
• Interested in part-time work with flexible scheduling, especially evenings and weekends
• Able to work in-person from our peaceful office space in Hanover, PA and/or provide virtual appointments as needed
• Skilled in working with adults
• Comfortable with autonomous clinical work and minimal supervision
• Trained or certified in EMDR, IFS, or other specialty modalities (preferred but not required)
• Mindfulness-informed and willing to stay within a holistic and client-centered framework
• Experience working with first responders is a strong bonus but not a requirement
• Values their professional Code of Ethics

💼 This is a 1099 Contractor Position

You’ll operate as an independent contractor, managing your own schedule and caseload while being part of a supportive, like-minded community.
