Meet Brianna

Brianna Earomirski, LCSW, LCSW-C

Brianna is the proud owner of Breathe Intentionally LLC, founded in 2021.  She is trained as a Clinical Social Worker, licensed in both Maryland and Pennsylvania. Brianna has over 15 years of experience across foster care, jail-based re-entry programming, outpatient and inpatient substance use treatment, hospital-based social work, and outpatient mental health. She has also served as Clinical Director and Clinical Supervisor for two substance use programs. 


Today, Brianna works exclusively with adults, specializing in anxiety and thought-based disorders. She integrates mindfulness-based approaches, cognitive behavioral therapy, and somatic exercises to help clients slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find clarity. She is passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces where meaningful healing can happen. Brianna also has a special focus on supporting law enforcement officers and their families through the unique challenges they face.

Using a variety of therapeutic techniques, my patients to learn how to live in the present, quiet the 'noise', challenge negative thought patterns, and connect more deeply with themselves and others. Meet Michelle

Michelle Young, LCSW, LCSW-C

 Michelle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Maryland and Pennsylvania, and a senior lecturer in the Social Work Department at McDaniel College, where she teaches undergraduate students. Clinically, she works with individuals and couples, with a special focus on strengthening relationships through trust, intimacy, and resiliency. Drawing on Gottman-oriented practices, Michelle helps couples build strong foundations—whether they are just beginning their journey together, navigating the challenges of daily life, or working to heal from breaches of trust such as infidelity or dishonesty.


Michelle also has extensive experience supporting women and couples on the path to parenthood, including those experiencing fertility struggles, miscarriage, and stillbirth. She is passionate about helping mothers navigate the emotional transitions of parenthood with compassion and strength. 


In addition, Michelle is responsive to the unique needs of law enforcement officers and their families, bringing sensitivity and understanding to this community through both lived knowledge and professional expertise. She recently completed a sabbatical focused on research within law enforcement families to promote resilience and strengthen family well-being.
